This company is great! Very friendly from the first call. Riley was very accommodating and professional. They had to order parts from the manufacturer, which was on back order. It took several weeks to get them, but as soon as they came in, they scheduled me to fix my unit in 2 days. Tommy and another guy came out and got us running in a few hours. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Highly recommended 😊

Thomas came out to check our geothermal unit. Very nice, knowledgeable, respectful and clean. Respected flooring after going in muddy space. We need more service people like him!

From the moment I called about the issue, the lady I spoke with was very nice and listened to what my issue was. She seemed very concerned with my issue. The gentleman that came out was professional and honest with me. I thought I was going to need to replace both AC units, however after talking with him only one unit needed to be replaced. He gave me an estimate and that is exactly how much it ended up being. The two gentlemen that came out to replace the unit were professional and worked hard. This business cares!

My husband and I had a great experience with Mariner. From sending someone out quickly to diagnose the issue with our unit, giving us options for repair as well as patiently waiting for us to get a plan together before execution. Only rated 4 stars because the team member who assisted us wasnt very informative and seemed to be irritated with the fact that he had to help us. Everything else was 5 stars.

If you want a truly professional, highly skilled experience with your heat and air systems, whether it be repairing existing or installing new, you will find no one that delivers better service and quality workmanship than Mariner mechanical!

Our technician was not only knowledgeable, but had great people skills-even though we were the last location he serviced.

We had to replace our geothermal units x 2 with a traditional HVAC. Everyone we contacted said it was too big of a job except Mariner. Wesley came in and gave us an estimate (which is what really sold me was how professional and easy to read it was and I had several different unit options to choose from for the upstairs and downstairs). They were very professional and my 2 new units are cooling my house beautifully. I can not thank them enough for taking such good care of us.
