I cannot say 10/10 for Mariner Mechanical HVAC more!!! We had an emergency leak from our HVAC unit into our basement & Mariner Mechanical HVAC was there within 2 hours to not only troubleshoot but totally FIX our problem. The best part? It didn’t cost us an arm & leg! The customer service was also 10/10. We will forever recommend & use Mariner Mechanical HVAC and so should you!

I have used Mariner Mechanical HVAC several times and have always been pleased with their service. They're always on time and reasonably priced.

I wont mention the name of the company that sold me my HVAC unit but Tommy, Austin, Derek and Wes ALL helped to fix our AC. With one part failing after another, they didnt hesitate to come out. In most cases, they were headed to my house immediately after I called with yet another issue. Thats how many of them that had to come out and fix my HVAC. All 4 dedicated to making sure it worked for us. Wes even discovered that the original seller deceived us and installed a 4 ton blower in place of a 5 ton. It was a replacement part that the other company installed when the original caught fire in less than 4 weeks of buying it. Cant thank them enough and to Wes, thank you for catching it and replacing it., especially on an extremely hot week like this. I also don't want to leave out Rylee. She is the unseen voice that listened to our frustrations, answered every call with a friendly voice and did everything she could to get us the help we needed. Thank you all!

we had a HVAC that wouldnt stop running and i called mariner mechanical. they was able to send a tech within a very short time (a day or two) when the tech (Tommy) showed up he discovered the reason our system was not running as it should. we had a leak in the coils in the evap system. Tommy was able to locate the part and we scheldue the repair in a few days later... After the repair is when we started to have problems...which were not the fault of mariner mechanical....the problem was the poor design of the condesation drip pan and because of the poor design the switch that keeps the water from over filling the pan would turn off power to the entire system.... every morning for better part of a week i called their office and within a hour they were at our home...after discovering the problem they made the adjustments and installed a way for the water (condisation) to exit the unit without any problem... my only complaint is that their ad online says they have 24/7 service when they dont. our system went out the first time after the first repair on a saturday...my wife and i tried everything to get a live person on the phone with no sucess. so needless to say we had to buy a coupla window units to get us through til monday when they open.. i was very impressed with the owner Wesley on giving me his personal cell number and was very adament on us calling him if there was anymore issues... i want to give a big shout out to the guys who work for Wesley...theres nodoubt that they probly lost a ton of weight sweatin up in our attic over this repair...everyone of these guys were professional, respectful, and good at their job. the woman who answers the phones (i cant rember her name) was great too... thanks you Sean and Stacey Redinger

Wesley and his team of HVAC technician's are polite, knowledgeable and when ever we are in a pinch they make sure they get to us in a very quick manner to get our HVAC needs taken care of. I highly recommend them for any residential or commercial HVAC needs!

Mariner Mechanical was awesome for me! As a teacher, I was one a time crunch with school starting back. They came on a Friday to diagnose what needed to be done, snd had it done on a Wednesday. They were very professional, and the cost was reasonable. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I plan to use them exclusively in the future, even for twice a year maintenance checks!

Called on a Wednesday and got scheduled for the following Monday. But another customer's cancellation resulted in a next-day visit instead. Tommy tracked down a failed breaker in the a/c air handler and had the system running again in less than 2 hours. Cost for the new breaker and labor was reasonable. I'm a happy customer!
