We are building a house in Boaz and needed a new HVAC system and ductwork. Mariner gave us very detailed estimates, a good price and showed up quickly, and they did a great job! They were very professional and got it done quickly. I was skeptical when I called them because of other HVAC companies in the area that we had got quotes from, but Mariner outshined all of them! My husband and I are very pleased with the job they did and feel like we got exceptional work.

Technician showed up promptly and was very courteous. Worked the entire time. Did things our other service had not done. So happy with the whole experience!

I was very pleased with the service and speed in which my AC issue was resolved. The tech was very polite very good at explaining everything that was going on. I will definitely be bringing them back out here to do some more work that I know needs to be done.

Quick response when my AC went out and it was fixed the same afternoon as the technician was able to locate and pick up a new fan motor. Very knowledgeable.

Very polite, professional and punctual people. Have always given us options on what we could afford. I wish more businesses operated the way Mariner mechanical does. They always arrive at the proposed time and if there is a change in that time, they notify you. The work has always been done to a high standard and they offered two or three options based on my budget.

Wesley came out and got our AC going the same day. Fast, knowledgeable and courteous service. Update Jan 2026: 2 days before we entered a brutal cold snap our 26 yr old package unit gave out. Mariner gave me a reasonable quote and was out the very next morning to replace our unit. Clean, neat work, polite, knowledgeable techs and fast service. Will definitely continue receiving my business and my recommendation!
