11/4/2025 NEWER UPDATE A different technician arrived on time. We discussed the two duct register runs. We also discussed the insulation that was to be used and the tape for it. He was able to complete the job efficiently and professionally. We discussed the invoice that was to be emailed. The technician was friendly, helpful and professional. I am glad to have Mariner Mechanical taking care of our HVAC unit. 10/28/2025 New Update The technician came and we talked about the unit and a request I had concerning duct work.He listened very attentively. He was quite friendly, professional, and informative. I do enjoy have Mariner Mechanical HVAC Inc as our HVAC system company. I do recommend them completely. Update on my review. I do and will recommend Mariner Mechanical to anyone who asks. Our thermostat was malfunctioning and i called and was able to schedule the next day and the main man showed up, who had installed this unit in the past, and he tested the unit and replaced the thermostat. Praise God for reliable people

Anytime my call they are there in a reasonable time. They take pride in their work and do a great job.

Heat system was inoperable. The Mariner Mechanical Team responded promptly, and corrected the problem quickly. They are always professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Mariner Mechanical is our "go to" service. I won't let any other service company work on our heat and air system.

Arrived at the agreed time, checked the unit, unfortunately needed the unit replaced. The team did an outstanding job in stalling the new HVAC System.

I purchased my unit almost three years ago from Mariner. I'm diligent about booking maintenance and today was my day! Unit is in great shape, the tech was outstanding. Wes Mariner worked very hard to build this business and I'm beyond impressed with his group!

Great people and service

Excellent service. The crew was very professional and answered all our questions about our new units. They left are home and you would have known they were there. Hauled all the old units off, we were very pleased with the service we received. The experience dealing with Crew that was sent was excellent. I would recommend Mariner HVAC.

Great service

We had to replace our geothermal units x 2 with a traditional HVAC. Everyone we contacted said it was too big of a job except Mariner. Wesley came in and gave us an estimate (which is what really sold me was how professional and easy to read it was and I had several different unit options to choose from for the upstairs and downstairs). They were very professional and my 2 new units are cooling my house beautifully. I can not thank them enough for taking such good care of us.
